At Ginia Jewellery we take pride in the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist.

14-Day Return Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving their order.

Replacement Policy

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement of the same item once the original item has been returned and inspected.

No Cash Refunds

Please note that Ginia Jewellery does not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be replaced with the same product where possible.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by misuse

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Earrings or hygiene-sensitive jewellery for health and safety reasons
