All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.

5. Payments

Custom-made or personalised items may require additional production time.

Giani Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, customs, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving eligible goods.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made jewellery
  • Personalised items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items

If a product is defective or incorrect, customers may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund in terms of the CPA.

8. Warranty

Giani Jewellery warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty excludes:

  • normal wear and tear
  • misuse or unauthorised repairs
