In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving their order.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement of the same item once the original item has been returned and inspected.

No Cash Refunds

Please note that Giani Jewellery does not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be replaced with the same product where possible.
